2 grilled chicken breasts (sliced)
3 cups fresh spinach
1 peeled and sliced pear
A handful of walnuts
½ cup balsamic vinegar
½ cup olive oil
2 tbsp honey
In a large salad bowl, mix freshly washed spinach, pear, and chopped walnuts. Add the sliced chicken breasts.
Whisk the olive oil, balsamic vinegar and honey. Pour over top of salad bowl mixture.
